1. Delivery Zones & Timelines
We deliver across Bangladesh via dedicated courier partners (including Steadfast Courier). Orders inside Dhaka are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, while orders outside Dhaka take 2 to 4 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping inside Dhaka starts at ৳60. Shipping outside Dhaka starts at ৳120. Free delivery may apply on qualifying order totals as announced on our website.
3. Inspection & Returns Policy
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon receiving the package. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can reject the delivery or report it to customer service within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
